ABOUT NEALE
Collected by the Prince of Wales, Neale is a classical painter of high quality. Neale exhibits regularly with the NEAC and he shows at Panter and Hall, and the Russell Gallery. His work is also selected for the BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery.

This is a rough fee-guide for a single portrait. Frame, travel & accommodation expenses, and VAT are not included. For groups and non-standard sizes please ask for a quote.
METHOD OF WORKING
I need about 3 to 4 sittings to complete a portrait and I always work from life where possible but can use photography if necessary. I am happy to travel to my sitters. I am not currently registered for VAT.
